INCENSE

This is as pure as it gets for incense. This style was started by Tibetan monks for timekeeping, meditation and aroma. Ground incense is placed on a bed of rice ash in a bowl and lit with an incense stick. The ash holds the incense in place while allowing air to surround the incense to give a complete burn. We have included powdered juniper needles and sage leaves that can be sprinkled on top so you can create your very own special scent.

Chris collected and hand ground the pinon resin to create the base. 100% natural ingredients. MANY INCENSE COMPANIES USE CHEMICALS FOR FRAGRANCE EXTENSION AND ADHESIVES. THEIR BASE MATERIAL COULD BE SCRAP WOOD CONTAMINATED WITH CHEMICALS FROM THEIR LAST USE. (No wonder some people have a headache after burning incense.)

Since Chris is an exquisite soap maker the experience continues in suds form. These four-ounce beauties are handmade from palm, olive, palm kernel, and soybean oils. Scented to smell to the last bubble with a silky, moisturizing texture. It took five months of mixing various essential oils and scents to lock in the right flavors but it was worth it. SAGE HYDROSOL - $6.00

This truly is the soul of sage. It was born when desert sage was steam distilled in Taos, New Mexico. The water used to stimulate the high desert sage to release its essential oil is what we have bottled for you. A very earthy smell simular to walking threw a sage field just after a warm summer rain. It’s not water mixed with a fragrance so if you are looking for a Wal-Mart fragrance don’t buy this. .

For a pleasant aroma spray it around the room, on your pillow and sheets, in your car, and between your shower curtains.
